2. No size change requests will be entertained once the order gets placed.
3. Change of address or location is not allowed once you proceed further.
4. In case of non-acceptance of courier your coins will not be refunded.
5. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 problem, there might be a major delay in delivering products. We hope you'll understand, stay home and stay safe.

For non-delivered/incomplete delivered items:

1. Kindly make a video of your delivered package before opening, only then the company will look into such cases. Here, the decision taken by the company will be considered as final.
2. Please remember to click a clear image of the delivery slip received from the courier company.
3. If the user refuses to accept the delivered product or is unavailable to collect the product due to any reason then EXCHANGE22 will hold no responsibility for the delivered item and will not arrange re-scheduling of any kind.
4. In all the cases of undelivered/incomplete delivered products, the decision taken by the company will be considered as final.
5. In the case of a non-deliverable area, the user will have to collect the item from the nearby office of the courier partner.
6. Users' requests older than 30 days from the date of product dispatch will not be entertained.
