What is the difference between Trading (matchwise) and Trading (serieswise)?

Trading (matchwise):
In this, the trading totally depends on an outcome of a single match and works match wise. Its main components are Buy/Sell and Multibagger.

Trading (serieswise):
In this, the trading totally depends on the outcome of the entire series and works series wise.

What is Trading (seriewise) in detail?

  1. In this, the entire series will be taken into consideration. The winnings to be received by the users will depend upon the points made by their selected player after the series' completion.
  2. The users will receive the winnings once the series ends.
  3. Multibagger category is not available here.
  4. The insurance amount is fixed at Rs 10 per share for all initial buy rates.
  5. Here, the T&Cs can vary from series to series. Detailed information on the T&Cs can be found at the bottom of the upcoming section of Trading serieswise in the Terms & Conditions option.

Australia Tour Of India(T20) - 23rd Nov 2023 - 4th Dec 2023

  1. A) The criteria discussed here stand for a minimum of five matches.
  2. B) If your selected player plays only two or less than two matches, then once the tournament ends, the invested amount will be refunded.
  3. C) If the player plays all five matches, then once the tournament ends, the winning amount will be credited to the user's wallet.
  4. D) If the player plays three matches only, then once the tournament ends, compensation points for two matches will be added to the points of the selected player. After this, whatever the final points of the player show up, according to that profit/loss amount will be credited to the user's wallet.
  5. E) If the player plays four matches only, then once the tournament ends, compensation points for one match will be added to the points of the selected player. After this, whatever the final points of the player show up, according to that profit/loss amount will be credited to the user's wallet.
Method For Calculating Compensation Amount:
  1. A) (Initial buy price + Initial sell price) / 2 = Average price
  2. B) Average price / minimum compulsory number of matches
  3. Outcome of Point B will be the compensation amount per match.

Example:

Suppose the initial buy price of player (X) is Rs 1000, and the initial sell price is Rs 900. Therefore,

(1000+900)/2 = Rs 950

Here, the average price = Rs 950

The minimum compulsory number of matches =5

Now, compensation amount will be 950/5 = Rs 190

So, this shows that users who have traded in the player (X) will receive a compensation of Rs 190.

If player (X) played only three match out of the five minimum compulsory matches, the compensation received by the users would be (Rs 190*2 = Rs 380).

Likewise, compensation for four played matches will be (Rs 190*1 = Rs 190) and so on.

Note: Due to Dynamic Pricing, if the player’s buy and sell rates change, then only the player’s initial base rates of buy and sell will be considered.
Example:

At the time of the match’s launching, the player’s initial buy rate was Rs 1000, and the initial sell rate was Rs 900. But due to Dynamic Pricing, the initial buy rate changed to Rs 1010 and initial sell rate changed to Rs 905. In such cases, the amount considered for the compensation will be Rs 1000 for the initial buy rate and Rs 900 for the initial sell rate.

Smart Buyer & Smart Seller - An Additional Benefit For Users

Along with normal returns on the outcome of the series, we are also pleased to announce that there will be additional benefits to the ‘Smart Buyer’ and ‘Smart Seller’ of the whole series.

A ‘Smart Buyer’ will be the best buyer amongst all the top buyers.
A ‘Smart Seller will be the best seller amongst all the top sellers.
The New ‘Top Buyer’ & ‘Top Seller’ & The ‘Smart Buyer’ & ‘Smart Seller’ Explained

We are pleased to announce that along with the returns on ‘Trading Serieswise’, users will also be eligible to receive additional benefits from this feature.

But to understand ‘Smart Buyer / Seller’ first understand what ‘Top Buyer / Seller’ means:

Here’s how this works -

A person who has bought / sold the maximum number of shares of any player individually will be the top buyer and seller of that particular player.

For example if V Kohli’s 10 shares have been purchased in total by users A, B & C

5 shares bought by A

3 shares bought by B

2 shares bought by C

So user A is the top buyer for V Kohli

Similarly, if V Kohli’s 10 shares have been sold in total by users D, E & F

3 shares sold by D

5 shares sold by E

2 shares sold by F

So user E is the top Seller for V Kohli

Now if 100 players are listed for ‘Trading Serieswise’

There will be a top buyer and top seller for every player making it 100 top buyers and 100 top sellers.

Now amongst these 100 buyers, the user who has bought the player who has given the maximum % of returns on his initial buy price will be considered the “Smart Buyer” and will receive additional benefit of Rs 5,000 in winnings section of their wallet.

Now amongst these 100 sellers, the user who has sold the player who has given the maximum % of returns on his initial sell price will be considered the “Smart Seller” and will receive additional benefit of Rs 5,000 in winnings section of their wallet.

Smart Buyer

For example,

Now if there is a new series where there three players listed for ‘Trading Serieswise’- R Sharma, V Kohli & A Singh,

Wherein,

User A is the top buyer of R Sharma (as he bought maximum shares of Rohit)

User B is the top buyer of V Kohli (as he bought maximum shares of Kohli)

User C is the top buyer of A Singh (as he bought maximum shares of Arshdeep)

Player Name Buy Price Final Points

Returns %

(Final Points - Buy Price) / (Buy Price) X 100

R Sharma 200 600 200%
V Kohli 300 800 167%
A Singh 100 500 400%

So here in this case the Smart Buyer of the tournament will be User C as he bought the maximum shares of A Singh who has the highest % of final returns compared to his initial buy price amongst all the listed players in the tournament.

Smart Seller

Suppose,

Now if there is a new series where there three players listed for ‘Trading Serieswise’- J Root, B Azam & M Rizwan

Wherein

User D is the top seller of J Root (as he has sold the maximum shares of J Root)

User E is the top seller of B Azam (as he has sold the maximum shares of B Azam)

User F is the top seller of M Rizwan (as he has sold the maximum shares of M Rizwan)

Player Name Sell Price Final Points

Returns %

(Final Points - Sell Price) / (Sell Price) X 100

J Root 400 250 37.5%
B Azam 600 450 25%
M Rizwan 800 400 50%

So here in this case the Smart Seller of the tournament will be User F as he has sold the maximum number of shares of M Rizwan who has given the highest % of returns on his initial sell price amongst all the listed players in the tournament.

Note:
    1. A) The benefit provided to the “Smart Buyer” and “Smart Seller” in any series will be decided by the company only.
    2. B) The benefit provided to the “Smart Buyer” and “Smart Seller” is a gift from the company. Also, only the company has the right to continue or dis-continue this benefit.
    3. C)In case of multiple smart buyer and smart seller, the benefit will be split among the number of smart buyer and smart seller.
    4. D) Also, in unforeseen conditions, the company’s decision will be considered as final.
    5. E) In case of any confusion, kindly connect with customer care before starting your trade.
    6. F) To receive the amount decided for the Smart Buyer & Smart Seller. The users who'll become the Smart Buyer & Smart Seller must buy/sell more than 100 shares of the player. The additional benefit of the amount in the winnings will not be provided if the shares count will not be more than 100.
    7. G) The eligible users will receive the amount in their EXCHANGE22 wallets within one week after the series completion.

ODI World Cup, 2023(ODI) - 5th Oct 2023 - 19th Nov 2023

  1. A) The criteria discussed here stand for a minimum of ten matches.
  2. B) If your selected player plays only four or less than four matches, then once the tournament ends, the invested amount will be refunded.
  3. C) If the player plays ten matches or more, then once the tournament ends, the winning amount will be credited to the user's wallet.
  4. D) If the player plays more than four matches but does not play ten matches, then the user will get compensation for the number of matches he plays less than ten matches.
  5. For example:

  6. 1) If the player plays nine matches only, then once the tournament ends, compensation points for one match will be added to the points of the selected player. After this, whatever the final points of the player show up, according to that profit/loss amount will be credited to the user's wallet.
  7. 2) If the player plays eight matches only, then once the tournament ends, compensation points for two matches will be added to the points of the selected player. After this, whatever the final points of the player show up, according to that profit/loss amount will be credited to the user's wallet.
  8. 3) Please refer to the table below to know the compensation criteria for the number of matches played less than ten.
Matches Played Compensation Points For
Non-Playing Matches Out Of 10
Matches
9 1 Match
8 2 Matches
7 3 Matches
6 4 Matches
5 5 Matches
Method For Calculating Compensation Amount:
  1. A) (Initial buy price + Initial sell price) / 2 = Average price
  2. B) Average price / minimum compulsory number of matches
  3. Outcome of Point B will be the compensation amount per match.

Example:

Suppose the initial buy price of player (X) is Rs 1000, and the initial sell price is Rs 900. Therefore,

(1000+900)/2 = Rs 950

Here, the average price = Rs 950

The minimum compulsory number of matches = 10

Now, compensation amount will be 950/10 = Rs 95

So, this shows that users who have traded in the player (X) will receive a compensation of Rs 95

If player (X) played only five out of the ten minimum compulsory matches, the compensation received by the users would be (Rs 95*5 = Rs 475).

Likewise, compensation for six played matches will be (Rs 95*4 = Rs 380) and so on.

The player's shares are made available for trading on the basis of the following criteria:
A) If the player provides a surety of his performance.

  1. If the player is a bowler but in the last few matches, he didn't receive a chance to bowl. In this case, the player's shares will not be available for trading. The same situation stands for a batsman also.

In a different scenario, if A has selected Mr. PQR, a batsmen and has decided to ‘sell’ him at his base price of 50 INR, and subsequently Mr. PQR fails to earn any point, then the profit from Mr. PQR would be 50 INR.

What is market?

In market you use CALL PUT options to create and accept deals by using your analysis about sport.

What is CALL and PUT?

  1. Call is the term used when your analysis about a player says that player will score equal or more points than call points (where call point is a number which you chose).
  2. Put is the term used when your analysis about a player says that a player will score lesser points than the PUT points (where put point is number which you chose).
For Example-
  1. Suppose there is an upcoming match and you chose player X for call option and set call points equal to 40. As you have chosen call option that means you expect X to score 40 or more than 40 points.
  2. In the same match you chose player Y for put option and you set put points equal to 32. As you have chosen put option that means you expect Y to score less than 32 points.

What are the features of market?

In the market you can create a deal or accept a deal created by others. Let’s understand this concept more-

  1. Create A Deal- By using your analysis and skills, you create a CALL or PUT deal of your choice and float it in the market for other users to accept that deal.
  2. Accept a Deal- When other users create CALL-PUT deal in the market, and you accept that deals according to your analysis and skills about particular players.

If a team is dismissed/target chased without playing the entire quota of overs. The match will be considered as completed and not cancelled.

Will 'substitutes', 'concussion subs', 'impact players', 'x-factor' or any other player joining the team in any capacity after the starting XI is declared be eligible for points?

  1. If a player is in the starting XI line-up, he will be considered as 'playing' and only points of the players making it into the starting XI will be counted.
  2. Any other player who enters the field or joins in the game be it anything ranging from 'X-factor player', 'Concussion Substitute', 'Impact player' or due to another reason after the playing XI is declared will be considered as 'non-playing' and his points will not be calculated. Users who have traded on these types of players will be returned back the amounts they have traded. And the match will be declared based on the original starting XI.
  3. To sum it up. The rule is simple regarding this - If a player makes it to the original starting XI, he will be considered as 'playing' and only his points will be calculated.
  4. Any player who enters the field after that will be counted as 'non-playing' and his points will not be calculated and the amount traded will be refunded.

Note: Cases that have not been discussed here but might appear in the future. In such cases, until the new rule is made, the company's decision will be considered final.

What is a multi-bagger trade?

A multi-bagger trade is where you select a player who you think would score the highest points in a match so that you get high returns.

What is ‘hold %’?

It is an indicative reference to the approximate holding percentage of shares held by number of users. The percentage keeps fluctuating till the match begins.

Is there any limit on the number of shares I can hold for a player?

No, there is absolutely no limit on the number of shares you wish to hold for a player.

What is ‘X times return’?

It is a projected/expected return that one can expect fromholding a share of a particular player. The percentage keeps fluctuating till the match begins.

Why does ‘Hold %’ and ‘X times return’ fluctuate?

Since it is an indicative list, it keeps fluctuating till trading takes place before the start of the match. There is absolutely no cause to worry since it will automatically stop once the match begins.

Can the final return fluctuate during live match or even after match completion?

Yes! Sometimes during the domestic and league matches, the proper line-up information is not received at our end. So, as a result, we assume all the players as playing. But as soon as we receive the correct line-up, the non-playing players are refunded. Due to this, a change is noticed in the final return.

How is the return calculated?

The calculation is based on the total money which is collected OR the total number of shares that a particular player holds.

How is the return distributed?

We charge 25% of the total money pooled as portal fees and the rest 75% is distributed among the winners.

What if no-one has selected the highest scoring player? How does the money gets distributed?

In case of absence of the highest point-scoring player from the trading list, the player with highest points from the trading list is chosen and the user holding that players’ share is declared as the winner.

What will be the exact estimated return in the case of multiple multibagger winners?

In such cases, the estimated return will get divided according to the number of players with the highest points in a particular match. For example, if there are two highest scorers in a match named player A and player B having an estimated return of 6.6 times and 4.4 times. Then, the users who held player A will get an estimated return of 6.6times/2 = 3.3, and similarly, users for player B will receive an estimated return of 4.4 times/2 = 2.2.

How much will I be charged for a multi-bagger trade?

We charge 25% of the total money pooled as portal fees.

What is Premium multibagger?

Premium multibagger is a short format of multibagger section , you have to hold share of players as like as you do in present multibagger but in premium bagger there will be less competition as you just have to use your skills to choose the highest point scorer among 4 to 5 players only. Whosoever grab the highest points from the given player will become premium bagger but as we all know that high risk has high gains, low risk has low gains so return(how many times)of a player will be less as compared to multibagger also 1 share will have value of 50 rupees in premium bagger which is 10 rupees in multibagger.

How to participate in the Multi-bagger leaderboard?

The participation is automatic and based on your winnings in the Multi-bagger trades. Please also note that users of our platform residing in the State of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to participate in specific rewards/offers like leaderboard as per the applicable law in Tamil Nadu, thus users residing in Tamil Nadu are requested not to participate.

My invested player received the second highest points after the match's declaration in the multibagger section. Do you know if I will receive something in return?

In such a case, after the match's declaration you'll receive the bonus in your wallet's bonus section which will be equal to your invested amount in that concerned player

How are user(s) ranked in the Multi-bagger leaderboard?

Rankings shall depend on your winnings in the Multi-bagger trades. Points shall be earned based on your Multi-bagger trades. You can check your points in the Multi-bagger Leaderboard section.

For example, In a match a user holds one share of Virat Kohli and in return receives six times the holding value. And luckily, the highest point scorer in that match turns out to be Virat Kohli. In such a scenario, the user's points will be sixty for that particular match.

Will the Multi-bagger leaderboard be available for every match?

No, the Multi-bagger leaderboard shall be available only for select tournaments as per Exchange22’s discretion.

What is investing?

For any upcoming series, there will be some key players selected by the admin and these will be made available for investing. These players will have a pre-decided rate based on their past performances. In order to check the points of investing, kindly refer to the "points system section".

The points achieved by the selected players in each match will keep on adding and once the series ends, the winnings will be credited to the user's wallet according to the total points gained by the selected players.
Example:
A series has 5 matches, and you invested in one share of Virat Kohli at the rate of Rs 50. In the 1st match, Virat scored 70 points, in the 2nd match 100 points, in the 3rd match 150 points, in the 4th match 200 points and in the 5th match again 100 points. Here, the total points of Virat Kohli at the end of the series reached 620. Here, the user will receive a total of Rs 620 in his EXCHANGE22 App wallet.

Can we have winnings more than double in investing?

Yes, users can earn more than double winnings. Also, these winnings will depend upon the total points earned by the users' selected players at the end of the series.

Will the points be counted for the substitute player once he starts playing?

No! In the case of x-factor and substitutes, points will not be counted. Also, the match will not be considered in which the player will play as an x-factor and substitute.

Example 2: Suppose the investing price of the player is Rs 300 and in the 1st match the player scored 200 points and in the 2nd match scored 250 points and didn't play the remaining series. So, once the series ends, the user shall receive Rs 450 as winnings in the wallet.

Once the series ends, compensation of Rs 50 (i.e. Rs 25 + Rs 25) for the two matches will be added from our end. So, the total winnings received by the user will be Rs 100 + Rs 25 + Rs 25 = Rs 150.

What is the benefit of Insurance?

Insurance is a feature that has been introduced to enhance the gaming experience of our users and make it even more surreal. It gives them that exact stock market feels. This enables the users to book more than double profits.

The key points of Insurance are mentioned below:

  1. Insurance gives you a chance to earn a profit of more than double on your selected player.
Example: Suppose you bought a player X at an initial price of Rs 50, and at the end of the match, your player scored 175 points. Since your player is insured, you'll now receive a winning of Rs 175, which is more than double (i.e., Net Profit 125 + Rs 50 Investment).
  2. It is available for all the sports available on the app be it Cricket, Football, Kabaddi or Basketball. However, it is not available for the T10 Format (The 10 over format) in Cricket.
  3. It is to be noted that the ‘Insurance’ feature cannot be availed in the last 30 mins before the match starts / timer ends. So if users want to make the most of this feature they need to purchase players and buy insurance beforehand as it cannot be availed during the last 30 mins.
  4. If your player is insured and has achieved more than double points you will receive pure profits and not fantasy coins.
  5. Insurance price range & Insurance cost per share explained -
    1. The 'Insurance' feature will not be available for Shares that have a price ranging from Rs 0 - Rs 20.
    2. For shares ranging from Rs 21 to any other price, the “Insurance” feature will be available at a price of Rs 5 per share in Trading (matchwise). Under the same criteria, the Insurance” feature will be available at a price of Rs 10 per share in Trading (serieswise).
    3. This applies to all the sports available on the app, be it Cricket (Except T10 Format), Football, Kabaddi or Basketball.

What is the Investment Leaderboard 2023?

Investment Leaderboard (30th Aug - 17th Sep) 2023

  1. Winners will be announced at the end of the leaderboard. Also, the leaderboard prizes will be gifted after the leaderboard’s completion.
  2. Here, rewards will be provided according to the ranks achieved by the users after the leaderboard’s completion.
  3. Ranking will be categorized according to the sum of the total amount deposited by the user in his/her EXCHANGE22 wallet from (30th Aug 2023) to (17th Sep 2023). The winnings achieved by the user will play no role in achieving a rank.
  4. The user will receive points equal to the amount deposited in the user's EXCHANGE22 wallet. Based on these points only, users will achieve ranks in the leaderboard

    For Example:
    Scenario 1:

User X deposited the total amount of Rs 10 lakhs during the mentioned dates.
User Y deposited the total amount of Rs 8 lakhs during the mentioned dates.
User Z deposited the total amount of Rs 5 lakhs during the mentioned dates.

Therefore, after 17th Sep 2023, User X will achieve Rank 1 as per the T&C mentioned above.

    Scenario 2:

In order to achieve a rank in this leaderboard, it is mandatory for the users that their deposited amount should reflect in their EXCHANGE22 wallets. Cases, where the amount got deducted from user’s bank account but not added in the EXCHANGE22 wallet due to any reason. The user will get NO POINTS in the leaderboard till the time amount is reflected in the wallet.

Also, if the user's unadded/pending amount gets added in the wallet after 17th Sep 2023, no points will be given to the user in the leaderboard.

  5. During the time this leaderboard is live, if the company launches any kind of Deposit/Bonus offer. The users will receive points in the leaderboard for the amount added by them. But the benefit received by the user from the company's end, the points of that benefit will not be added.

  6. For Example:

The company launched a 10% Extra Cash offer during this leaderboard. The user added an amount of Rs 10,000 to his wallet to take the offer benefit. After applying the promo code, the user received an extra cash of Rs 1000 in his wallet.

So, the points equal to the amount added by the user (i.e. Rs 10,000) will be added to the leaderboard for the user.

However, the points for the extra cash benefit received by the user (i.e. Rs 1000) after applying the promo code will not be added to the leaderboard.

  7. The following terms and conditions are only for Rank 1 to 5:
    1. The company will only pay the Ex-showroom price of the products directly to the user's nearest vehicle showroom if the user’s demands the vehicle instead of the amount.
    2. If the user demands the cash prize rather than the mentioned product, then the amount equal to the product's Ex-showroom price (i.e, user’s nearest vehicle showroom's Ex-Showroom price) will be provided in the user wallet’s winning section without any TDS deduction.
    3. Once the leaderboard gets completed and the user wants the vehicle instead of amount then user will have to share his city name, complete address and name of the nearest vehicle showroom from the user's house on our official email id contact@exchange22.com (the user will be informed in case some other details will be needed). Also, the company can take some days to provide the product to avoid any kind of error.
    4. The company will only and only pay the Ex-showroom price. Other than this, the user will be liable to pay all the other taxes like road tax and registration fees. Also, the 30% TDS amount on the ex-showroom price will be paid by the user. The user needs to transfer the applicable TDS amount to us for depositing the amount with the government.
  8. In case any winner from Rank 1 to 19 wants to have the product only, then at first the user must submit a 30% TDS amount on the product's worth in the company's bank account. And if any winner from Rank 1 to 19 wants to have the amount instead of the product, then amount will be added in the user wallet's winning section without any TDS deduction.
  9. For example:

A user named as (X) won a prize of Rs 1,00,000 and demanded to have the prize delivered to his address after the completion of the leaderboard. Here, at first, the user must submit a 30% TDS amount (i.e. Rs 30,000) in our company's bank account on the product's worth. This 30% TDS amount will be submitted to the government from our side. As proof of the TDS submission, the concerned user will receive the TDS certificate from our side after the quarter.

After receiving the TDS amount, the company will dispatch the product to the user.

  10. Users can track their ranks everytime in the leaderboard section. Once their added amount is reflected in their EXCHANGE22 wallets.
  11. The residents of Tamil Nadu, Assam, Odisha, Arunachal Pradesh, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, and Sikkim are not eligible for this leaderboard.
  12. In case of a tie between users of the same rank who have equal ranks after the leaderboard’s completion, the company's decision will be considered final in this scenario.
  13. In case of any dispute in this leaderboard, the company's decision will be considered final.
  14. The users (Rank 6 to Rank 19) who want the product will receive their prizes via courier or speed post at the address shared with us on the official mail id: contact@exchange22.com
  15. The company does not charge any extra amount from our users for participating in the leaderboard. The prizes given can be considered as promotional gifts to users.
  16. If the user refuses to accept the prize or is unavailable to collect the prize due to any reason, then EXCHANGE22 will hold no responsibility for the delivered item and will not arrange re-scheduling of any kind.
  17. Within one week of the leaderboard’s completion, if the user does not provide the necessary details even after being asked from our end. In this situation, the company won't be liable for providing the prize.
  18. The user should make a video of the product received before opening the packaging. Only then will the company consider the product misplaced or damaged related cases. Also, in such cases, the company's decision will be considered final.
  19. Once we receive the delivery address from the user on our official email id, then within 15-20 working days or more, the product will be delivered to the shared address. If the user's area is non-serviceable, then we might ask for an alternate delivery address, and it might take more than 10 working days to reach the product. For Rank 1 to 5, the product's delivery will be made according to the time committed by the nearest vehicle showroom.
  20. At the time of delivery, if the product is unavailable for any reason, then the company can replace the product with any other product of the same range.
  21. The product images shown in the leaderboard are for representation purposes only. The actual products may vary.
  22. We may use the winners' name/fantasy name, image and state of residence on our social media pages, application and website for promotional purposes.
  23. For any kind of queries related to leaderboard, the users can contact us via Facebook, customer care number ( +91 888-274-274-3 ) or mail us at contact@exchange22.com

Is there any benefit on transferring the amount from winnings to the unutilised section?

Now, you can transfer your withdrawal amount from your wallet's winning section to the unutilised section. A wonderful choice for you to manage your funds more appropriately.

Furthermore, we are pleased to offer an additional feature as part of the transfer process.

Should a user wish to make a withdrawal, they will be responsible for paying TDS on positive net winnings.

Upon observing this, instead of proceeding with the withdrawal, the user opted to transfer the withdrawal amount from the winnings section to the Unutilised section.

Consequently, any TDS amount that was originally meant to be deducted when the user intended to withdraw the funds will now be provided by us as an additional EXTRA REAL CASH BENEFIT in the user's unutilised section.

Please follow the example to understand:

A user named as X wants to withdraw the amount of Rs 10,000 from his/her wallet's winning section. On checking the user discovers that if he tries to withdraw the amount then Rs 3000 will be deducted as the TDS amount. Now, the user has two options to go with:

First Option:

The user is independent to withdraw his/her amount in the bank details registered with us. However, the deducted TDS amount on the positive net winning will not be reimbursed.

This means,

Withdrawal amount: Rs 10,000
TDS deduction: Rs 3000
The amount received in the user's bank: Rs 7000

Second option:

Should a user wish to make a withdrawal, they will be responsible for paying TDS on positive net winnings.

Upon observing this, instead of proceeding with the withdrawal, the user opted to transfer the withdrawal amount from the winnings section to the Unutilised section.

Consequently, any TDS amount that was originally meant to be deducted when the user intended to withdraw the funds will now be provided by us as an additional EXTRA REAL CASH BENEFIT in the user's unutilised section.

This means,

Withdrawal amount: Rs 10,000
TDS liability: Rs 3000

If the user proceeds with the transfer process then,

Total amount received in the unutilised section:
Rs 10,000 + Rs 3000 = Rs 13,000

*NOTE:

Once the amount is transferred from the winning section to the unutilised section. The same amount cannot be reversed in the winning section.

When the transfer feature is used for the first time within a month, the user will receive the amount *(TDS liability) as an Extra Real Cash Benefit credited to their unutilised section. However, when the feature is used more than once within a month, each time the user will receive an extra real cash benefit ranging from 5% to 10% on the transferred amount. Also, this extra real cash benefit will differ from user to user.

Upon successful completion of the transfer, the user will be unable to initiate another withdrawal or transfer for the next 72 hours.

Users of any category can transfer the amount of Rs 100 to Rs 25,000 only in a single attempt.

The company reserves the right to make changes to this feature without prior notification to the users.

When can my withdrawal be cancelled?

Your withdrawal may have been cancelled in the system due to one of the below reasons:

In certain leagues, sometimes the umpires start the game earlier than the scheduled time. If something like this happens, the company will measure the required parameters, like how long it has been since the match started and what impact the match can have. Considering such factors, the company's decision will be considered final on whether to cancel or continue the match.

Will 'substitutes', 'concussion subs', 'impact players', 'x-factor' or any other player joining the team in any capacity after the starting XI is declared be eligible for points?

If a player is in the starting XI line-up, he will be considered as 'playing' and only points of the players making it into the starting XI will be counted.

To sum it up. The rule is simple regarding this - If a player makes it to the original starting XI, he will be considered as 'playing' and only his points will be calculated. Any player who enters the field after that will be counted as 'Non-playing' and his points will not be calculated and the amount traded will be refunded.

Note: Cases that have not been discussed here but might appear in the future. In such cases, until the new rule is made, the company's decision will be considered final.

A player has been retired hurt. Will that player's points be calculated, or will the amount be refunded?

In this scenario, the points made by the player will be counted (if made any), and refund will not be provided.

Will the scores in a 'Super Over' be counted?

No. Any event during the 'Super Over' shall not be considered for awarding points.

How are points calculated?

Please refer to the Points Table for Cricket.

A user invested a total amount of Rs 2000 in the 40 league matches and further invested a total of Rs 200 in the last 15 matches. Therefore, the total investment in 55 matches is Rs 2200 but this time user will not be eligible for compensation because a minimum investment of Rs 100 in each of the last 15 matches was not fulfilled.

      3rd Case:
A user invested a total amount of Rs 500 in the 40 league matches and further invested a total amount of Rs 2000 in the last 15 matches (in a what that a minimum investment of Rs 100 was made in each of the last 15 matches). This user will be eligible for compensation.

  3. Only the Buy/Sell trades with or without insurance will be counted. The bonus amount will not be counted in the trades conducted by the users. The compensation only to the eligible users will be provided in the unutilised section.
  4. Due to rain or any unforeseen conditions, if some matches from the League stage, Super Eight stage, Semi-Final 1, Semi-Final 2 and Final are cancelled. Then, the eligibility criteria will be managed accordingly.

    For Example:

Let's take the case of overall minimum investment of Rs 2500 (excluding the platform fee & bonus) || Maximum compensation of only up to Rs 2000

    1st Scenario:

A user invested a total amount of Rs 1000 in the 40 league matches and further invested Rs 100 in each of the last 15 matches. Therefore, the total investment in 55 matches is Rs 2500. But due to rain or any other issue, Semi-Final 1 was cancelled officially, now the user will receive a refund *(i.e. refund of Rs 100) of the invested amount in this match. And the investment criteria which was earlier for 15 matches now got reduced to 14 matches. Here, due to the cancellation of the match, the minimum investment criteria got disturbed and went below Rs 2500, therefore, the user will not be eligible for any compensation.

    2nd Scenario:

A user invested a total amount of Rs 1000 in the 40 league matches and further invested Rs 200 in each of the last 15 matches. Therefore, the total investment in 55 matches is Rs 4000. But due to rain or any other issue, Semi-Final 1 was cancelled officially, now the user will receive a refund (i.e. refund of Rs 200) of the invested amount in this match. And the investment criteria which was earlier for 15 matches now got reduced to 14 matches. Here, due to the cancellation of the match, the minimum investment criteria was not impacted as even after cancellation of the match, the total invested amount by the user is Rs 2800 *(which is more than the minimum investment criteria of Rs 2500). Therefore, this user in case of a loss will be eligible for compensation.

  5. If users *(only the eligible ones) do not receive the compensation amount within one week after the tournament's completion, then connect with us via customer care number 888-274-274-3, Facebook inbox, or email id: contact@exchange22.com

  1. TDS will be applicable at the time of withdrawal by the user from his/her wallet.
  2. TDS will be deducted @ 30% on positive "Net Winning"* at the time of withdrawal.
  3. TDS is also applicable at the end of the financial year on 31st March wallet balance by considering it as withdrawal amount by the user. After applying TDS on the balance of, the remaining amount will be carried forward to the next financial year as a deposit balance and TDS would not be applicable on the same *(however, TDS deducted on net winning will not be reimbursed by the company).

Net Winning: - Cumulative withdrawals during the year – Cumulative amount deposited by the user during the year – Deposit balance at the beginning of the year – Winning balance at the end of the preceding year – Total Invested amount in running matches.

Example:

In case your Net Winning is more than 0, then 30% will be deducted on the Net Winning at the time of withdrawal

Scenario: - 1

A User has a balance Rs. 5000 in the deposit section and Rs. 10,000 winning section on 01st April 2023. He invested Rs. 4000 to play a game and won Rs. 8000. So his/her Net winning shall be Rs. 8000 – Rs. 15,000 = (- Rs. 7000). If the user withdraws Rs. 8000 then we will not deduct TDS Since user Net Winning is less than 0.

Scenario: - 2

So his/her Net winning will be Rs. 18000 – Rs. 15,000 = (Rs. 3000). TDS will be deducted @ 30% on Rs. 3000 i.e. Rs. 900

Scenario: - 3

A User has a balance Rs. 5000 in the deposit section and Rs. 10,000 winning section on 01st April 2023. He invested Rs. 5000 to play a game and won Rs. 10000. If the user withdraws Rs. 10,000 then we will calculate his net winning as follows:-
So User Net winning will be Rs. 28,000 – Rs. 15,000 = (Rs. 13,000). TDS will be deducted @ 30% on Rs. 13000 i.e. Rs. 3900. Since we had already deducted Rs. 900, this time we will deduct only Rs. 3000.
